The Augusta Market

gcjmarketEach Saturday from March 23 through November 24, we spend the day meeting people and sharing information about jazz education and events at The Augusta Market (8th & Riverwalk).

At the Garden City Jazz tent, we meet scores of Augusta natives and folks new to the area, many who have no idea that jazz is alive and well in the Central Savannah River Area (CSRA). We're there from 8am-2pm each week - always grateful for volunteers and donations.

Come by and say hello. We're right next to the music tent. We'd love to meet you.

We sure could use your help.

Once again, we're seeking volunteers for myriad projects and music activities in and around town. We will accept help in multiple forms as well - in person, over the phone, on the internet, in ink or pencil. We’re not asking for our volunteers to be jazz experts, only willing to explore the music and share the experience. Just let us know what you're willing to do (& how much time you're willing to do it). I thank you in advance.
